Per Project Services
We generally price on a per-project basis, since our by-the-word rate varies depending on the technical difficulty of your document.
However, there's an easy way to get a price quote right away. Just contact us with a sample page of your document and we'll reply with an estimate of both cost and turnaround time.
Fixed Rate Services
A few of our services are offered at a flat rate, since they have greater consistency.
- One page legal certificates - $68, including notary and certification
- Double Sided Flyers - $150, fully formatted to print as the original
Lower Your Translation Cost With Just a Few Steps
- Deliver the document in MS Word format. PDF documents are difficult for us to work with and increase the time we need to spend on your document, which raises both your rate and your delivery time. Deliver your documents in MS Word format to immediately lower costs.
- Be consistent with technical terms. It may not seem like much of a difference to write "television" on one page and "TV" on the next, but those inconsistencies require attention to make sure they're translated properly, and that affects costs. Choose your terminologies carefully and stick with them throughout your document.
- Supply a glossary of technical terms. Terms that are new to the market or that might be unfamiliar require extra research time to ensure accuracy. When you provide a glossary, we can easily understand how to translate technical terms properly.
- Ask to fill out a style sheet. Dates, measurements, etc. are often written differently in other languages. Your translation moves along much quicker if we know your preferences in advance.
